Right of withdrawal (90 days)
If you order the Bedbinder Deluxe on this Website as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The law gives you 14 days from the day you receive the product. We voluntarily extend that period to 90 days, so you can give the Bedbinder Deluxe a full trial.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@bedbinders.com within the 90-day period. You must return the product within 14 days of that notice, in its original condition as far as reasonably possible. We refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that you sent it.
The direct cost of returning the product is yours, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
